1. About these terms

These terms apply to everything you buy from spacehood.shop. By placing an order you accept them. They are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where these terms conflict with those rights, those rights win.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order — usually because a size sold out between your checkout and our packing bench — we will email you and refund you in full.

We may cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if it looks like a reseller bulk-buying a limited drop, or if there has been an obvious pricing error.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
• Prices include GST where applicable and exclude shipping unless stated.
• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and parcel weight.
• International duties, import taxes and customs charges are not included and are your responsibility.

Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your card details.

4. Discount codes

Codes apply to eligible items only, cannot be combined unless we say so, and can be withdrawn at any time. A code has no cash value and cannot be applied retrospectively to an order already placed.

5. Delivery

Delivery times shown on the shipping page are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will chase the carrier and make it right.

Getting the delivery address right is your responsibility. A parcel returned because the address was wrong or nobody collected it can be reposted at your cost.

6. Returns

Our returns policy is set out in full on the returns page and forms part of these terms.

7. Product descriptions

We photograph the actual garments and describe them as accurately as we can. Colours can vary slightly between screens, and measurements carry roughly 2cm of tolerance because these are garment-dyed pieces made in small runs.

8. Intellectual property

The SpaceHood name, logo, designs, photography and site content belong to us or our collaborators. Do not reproduce, resell or use them commercially without written permission. The H3ners collaboration artwork remains the property of its respective owner.

9. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it at volume, or use it to do anything unlawful. We may block access if you do.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing it or refunding what you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Again, this does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Privacy

How we handle your information is set out in our privacy policy.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
